Hey. Anyone who is a zoner and an audiogamer (is on the AG forums) will know I posted this topic on Audiogames too. But on AG.net I didn't get much luck finding results. So, back on topic. Are there any accessible, free windows code bases? My mud will be great! Oh, and I need a place where I can get free mud hosting.

Honestly, all the access friendly code bases will require you have something to run them on, really, apart from windows.
Honestly to meet your needs, I can't think of anything that will solve your problem, web hosting/storage isn't free, and believe it or not, muds/moos chew threw alot of traffic, making it extremely unlikely you'll be able to find someone who's willing to provide that kind of thing from the kindness of their heart.
You're really best off renting space on a dedicated public server, installing a linux/unix core and using ssh to get in and install your codebase of choice.
From that point, you can use any mud client you like on the windows end to build your world, create your objects and properties, and get moving.

I wish it was possible, but I don't know anyone that has a server, and even if they did, there's no way that I could get access to it. Guess there's no other choice but to use windows codebase. Oh freakin' yeah.
